Solomon's conversation content is completely separate from any service he works alongside. What a user tells Sol stays with Sol - no one at your organisation can read it, and it is never shared. Special-category data, including data about health and substance use, is handled with the protections required under UK GDPR. Where a commissioned deployment includes reporting, this is limited to anonymised, aggregate engagement metrics - never conversation content.
